Job Description​​

  
  
AIR Marshall Islands, Inc. is seeking to recruit a Human Resources & Projects Manager who will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment for all levels of the business
  • Develop and execute a Human Resources strategy aligned to the business strategy
  • Manage and execute standard HR processes to shape the culture of the business
  • Provides guidance and counsel to leaders and employees with regard to HR programs, policies and procedures
  • Develops, communicates and implements pro-active employee and labor relations strategies
  • Investigates and helps to resolve employee relations issues and complaints.
  • Leads and supports organizational development and effectiveness activities for assigned area to include leadership development, change management, organization assessment and design, learning and employee opinion improvement activities
  • Works with managers to achieve compliance goals
  • Guides and counsel’s leaders and employees on diversity initiatives
  • Facilitates the development and execution of detailed work plans and schedules
  • Works internally and externally to identify stakeholders for project involvement and communication
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, and resolves issues to successfully achieve the initiative requirements and committed milestones within the requested timeline and budget
  • Serve on project teams as assigned
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the GM/CEO
  
  

Qualifications and essential attributes:

  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience with at least three (3) years in a manager level role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR and project related discipline
  • Must be experienced in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Project Management, Staffing/Recruiting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization is essential
  • Personal and professional integrity of the highest order

AIR Marshall Islands, Inc. (AMI) wishes to announce to the public that AMI will offer and administer a pilot trainee written test for all females between the ages of 18-30. If you are interested in a career in aviation, please obtain an application form from AMI main office in town.
 
The pilot trainee written test will be administered at the end of this month, July 2018. Closing date of applications will be on July 20, 2018 at 5:00pm.
